Obituary

Pauline Goff, 84, of South Charleston, went home to be with her Lord on Nov. 26, 2006 at Sunbridge Care and Rehabilitation for Dunbar.

She was a former employee of St. Francis Hospital for 15 years and retired from the State of WV Commission on Aging Golden Mountaineer Program.

Pauline also worked for the Fletcher Enamel Co. in Dunbar in her younger years. She attended various churches in the Dunbar area and resided in South Charleston for 39 years. In 1984, Pauline was presented the West Virginian of the Year award by then Governor John D. Rockefeller, IV.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Denver Goff, daughter, Betty Workman and her son-in-law, Frank Workman, Sr.

Mrs. Goff is survived by her daughters, Mary Rowley and her husband, Peter of South Charleston and Loretta Cline and her husband, Henry of Winfield; grandchildren, Marie Larch, Peter Rowley, II, Nathan Rowley, Frank Workman, Jr., Betty Lynn Cox and Greg Cline. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 29, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar, with the Rev. Earl Jarvis officiating. Burial will follow in Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens, Cross Lanes.

Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 28, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
