Philip R. Wagner's Obituary
After a long illness, Philip R. Wagner, 56, was relieved of his suffering and placed in God's hand to join his beloved parents, M.E. "Bill" and Dorothy Wagner.
He is survived by his devoted wife and caretaker of 35 years, Janet; daughters, Stacy Mills (Josh) of Springfield, Va. and Jessica Burgess (Shawon) of Twenty-nine Palms, Calif.; grandchildren, Jace Mills and Piper Burgess; brother, William Wagner, Sr. of Liverpool, Ohio; sisters, Martha Wagner of Dunbar and Barbara Anderson of Proctorville, Ohio.
Philip grew up and attended school in Dunbar, he later moved to St Albans where he and his wife lived for many years. He had been an operating engineer for 32 years and was a member of Operating Engineers Local #132. He loved this work and followed in the footsteps of his father.
Services will at 3 p.m. on Monday, July 28, 2014 at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar with Pastor William Wagner, Sr. officiating.
Friends and family may call two hours prior to the service on Monday.
Arrangements are in the care of Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
