Phoebe Louise Moore, 63, of Charleston, passed away on June 30, 2021.

She was born on March 16, 1958 in Montgomery.

Phoebe was a one of a kind person with a heart of gold. She was her daughter's best friend and the best NeNe ever.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Daniel Boone Moore and Beatrice Madeline McClung.

Phoebe is survived by her daughter, Ashley Moore; grandchildren, James and Aryah Spinner; and her siblings, Ramona Baytos, Charlene McMillion, Connie Nehme, Billy Moore, Clyde Moore, Angie Couts, Patricia Carpenter and Jack Moore.
