Phyllis Louise Mullins, 74, of Charleston, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, March 11, 2021 after a brief illness.

She was born on February 2, 1947 to the late John and Blondena Parshall .

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by the love of her life, husband James C. Mullins; two sisters; and one brother.

Phyllis is survived by her daughter, Regina Centers (Otis); grandchildren, Zachary (Brittne), Andrea, Otis Jr., Lindsay, and Justin; seven great-grandchildren; one brother; and many friends and loved ones.

A graveside service will be held at 12 p.m. on Friday, March 26, in Graceland Memorial Park chapel.

Friends may visit one hour prior to the service at the cemetery.
