Randall "Randy" Bumgardner, 60, of St. Albans, formerly of Dunbar, went to the arms of his Savior on June 24, 2016 at Hubbard Hospice House after a long illness.

He was a graduate of Dunbar High School Class of '74 and an active member of the Charleston Civil Air Patrol for many years.

Randy is survived by his mother, Charlotte Bumgardner of St Albans, daughters, Amanda of Orlando, Fla. and Cathy Hood and husband, David, of Orlando, Fla.; son, Stephen of St. Albans; sister, Julie Riley and her husband, Richard, with whom he lived and were his caregivers; aunt, Ginny Page of Cross Lanes; and many cousins and friends.

A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. on Thursday, July 7, at Rebecca Chapel in Dunbar with Pastor Ronnie Nida officiating.

Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church.

Arrangements are in the care of Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
