Raymond K. Mann, Sr., 60, of South Charleston, passed away Thursday, March 29, 2007 at his home after a long illness.

Raymond was retired and was the former Director of Public Works for the City of South Charleston. He attended McCorkle Freewill Baptist Church.

His wife, Beverly Sue Mann, preceded him in death on Feb. 1, 2006.

Mr. Mann is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Raymond Kent, Jr. and Renae Mann; daughter and son-in-law, Norma J. and Calvin Brogan; grandchildren, Brittany Brogan, Allison Brogan, Michael Mann.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Sunday, April 1, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar, with Pastor Roe Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Hudson Cemetery.

Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m., Saturday, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
