Rebecca "Becky" Phyllis Ingram Hill of Holly Hill, Florida, formerly of South Charleston, died Wednesday, April 14, 2010, at Halifax Medical Center in Daytona Beach following a short illness. She was 85.
Preceded in death by her husband, Charlie, Becky was known affectionately to her family and loved ones as "Mom Becky," "MaMa Becky," "Aunt Becky" and "Beck."
She is survived by her children, Charles "Buck" Hill and his wife, Jada, of Holly Hill, Florida, formerly of South Charleston, and Suzanne Hill Buckner of Holly Hill, Florida, formerly of South Charleston; three grandchildren, all currently living in the Central Florida area; and six great-grandchildren, ranging in age from 3 months to 22 years.
Funeral services in West Virginia will be held at 3 p.m. Monday, April 19, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar, with the Rev. Michael Boblett officiating. Graveside service in Cunningham Memorial Park, St. Albans, will immediately follow the funeral.
The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service at the funeral home.
A memorial service will also take place in Florida at Oasis Christ Fellowship, on a future date yet to be determined.
