Rebecca L. King, 73, passed on March 28, 2014 surrounded by her adoring family.

Leaving behind to cherish her memory is her loving husband of 46 years, Charles; daughters, Angela Johnson Osborn of Sullivan, Missouri and Melissa King Jarvis (John Jarvis) of South Charleston; and grandsons, Zachary King (Gena Allen), Drew Osborn, Dawson Osborn, and Michael Jarvis. She had one very special great-grandson, Jacob Allen King. Also surviving Rebecca are her brother, John Beane (Jennie Beane) of South Charleston and sister, Sandra Merical (Gary Merical) of Aurora, Colorado.

Visitation time will be Tuesday, April 1, from 6-8 pm at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar. A graveside service will be held at the Donel C. Kinnard Memorial State Veterans Cemetery, 130 Academy Drive, Dunbar, on Wednesday at 11 am, with procession leaving Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar at 10:30 am. Pastor Randy Ledsome will officiate.

The family would like to extend a special heart-felt thank you to the medical staff and chaplains of St. Francis Hospital for their kind and gentle care, as well as all the extended family and friends who have been so generous and supportive.
