Rebecca V. "Vicky" Solomon, 56, of St. Albans, went to be with the Lord on Monday, September 3, 2012 at Hubbard Hospice House West.
She was born on January 9, 1956, to Hobert and Opal Johnson. Rebecca worked in the In Home
Health Care field, and attended church at Genesis Fellowship.
Rebecca is survived by her daughters, Regina Lucas and husband Anthony, Kimberly Jones and husband David; grandchildren, Kenny Lucas and wife Tiffany, Alexandria Lucas, Tyler Jones, and Jennifer Jones; great-grandson, Levi Lucas; mother, Opal Johnson; sister, Kitty Ann Lawson and husband Edward;
brother, Gregory Johnson and wife Anna; nieces, Sharon Newsome, Rachel Johnson, and Sarah Johnson; nephew, Jamie Lawson; great-niece and nephew,
Corrie and Cody Newsome.
A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m., Friday, September 7, 2012 at Bethany Baptist Church, St. Albans, with Reverend Mark Jarrell officiating.
Friends and family will gather one hour prior to service.
Arrangements are in care of Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hubbard Hospice House West, 4605 MacCorkle Ave SW, South Charleston, WV 25309.
