Ressie Bell Cochran, 51, of Charleston, went to be with her mom and dad on Saturday, November 23, 2019.

She was born on March 22, 1968 in Charleston, to the late Bobby Ray and Vera Frances Peters Cochran.

Ressie is survived by her son, Robert Wesley Cochran; cousin and caregiver, Melissa Litton; sisters, Vera Snow and husband James, Vannesa Rogers; brothers, Kenneth Peters, Wesley Peters, Scott Cochran; and several nieces and nephews.
