Richard Earl McDaniel, 67, joined his loved ones in Heaven on Monday, November 7, 2022.

He was born in Charleston, on June 9, 1955, but lived most of his life as a proud citizen of Dunbar. He was the youngest son of the late Everett H. McDaniel and Pearl Ingram- McDaniel Anderson.

He was a quiet, humble man who loved his wife Linda, his family, and friends. He will be sorely missed by all who loved him. Richard retired after 20 plus years as a manager at Suzi's in both North and South Charleston.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his two sisters, Janet Harris, Ruth Goldsberry; and brother, Jerry R. McDaniel.

Richard will be deeply missed by his loving wife of 33 years, Linda Jordan McDaniel; sisters, Juanita C. Krechman of Summerville, SC, Delores Dunlap of Firestone, CO; and brother, Philip E. McDaniel and wife Iris of Vienna.

Services will be held at a later date with interment in Grandview Memorial Park, Dunbar.

Arrangements are in the care of Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
