Richard Lee Roton, 61, of South Charleston WV, passed away on Sunday August 24, 2025, at his home that he shared with his wife.

Richard was born on July 21, 1964, in Charleston WV to his parents, Jesse Roton and Pearl Armstead. He enjoyed listening to music, painting, and spending time with his family.

He was preceded in death by his dad, Jesse Roton; his sisters, Donetta Roton and Threase Roton.

Richard is survived by his wife of 41 years, Lenia Roton; mother, Pearl Armstead of Spencer; sister, Angel Roton of Big Chimney; brothers, Jesse Roton of Clendenin, Robbie Robinson of Clendenin; sons, Jason Roton (Tasha) of Charleston, Timmy Roton (Summer) of Beckley; daughter, Christina Mills (Chris) of Huntington; grandkids, Pyper Drake-Roton, Jaylea Roton, Envy Roton, Janson Roton, Autumn Dye, Madison Dye, Chelsie Dye, Makenzie Bassnette, and Gunnar Mills.

Per Richard's wishes, there will be no services.  Burial will be in Roton Cemetery, Clendenin.

Arrangements are in the care of Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
