Richard Russell Paxton, 69, of St. Albans passed away on Monday, September 16, 2024.
He was born on May 12, 1955 in Charleston, West Virginia.
Richard is survived by his sisters, Karen Anderson and Deborah Taylor; brother, Randall Paxton; and son, Russell Slater; along with many nieces and nephews.
Arrangements are in the care of Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
