Ritha Melvina Hamilton, 85, of Cross Lanes, WV passed away on Monday, November 3, 2025.

She was born on November 21, 1939 to the late Herbert and Nellie Barefield.

Ritha was retired from CAMC General where she worked in patient accounts.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Arnold and Herbert Barefield, Jr.

Ritha is survived by her loving husband, Robert A. Hamilton; her two children, Kathy (Stephen) and Bob Jr.; her grandchildren, Clayton (Leah) and Robby (Taylor); her great-grandchildren, Adelynn, Abigail, Luke, and one on the way, Nora Laine Hamilton.

A funeral will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, November 10, 2025 at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar with Reverend John Stephenson officiating.  Burial will follow in Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens.

Family will welcome visitors one hour prior to the service at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
