Robert Clendenin's Obituary
Robert "Doug" Clendenin, 55, of Cross Lanes, passed away on Wednesday, September 23, 2015 after a long illness.
He was born in Charleston on July 17, 1960 to the late James and Betty Clendenin.
Doug was a 1978 graduate of Nitro High School. He was formerly employed by Rite Aid Warehouse and was currently employed by Burns Industrial Equipment. Doug was a big college football fan and a NASCAR fan.
He is survived by his brothers, Michael Clendenin (Kathy) of Summerville, SC and Allen Clendenin (Dee) of Elkview; sisters, Gale McClanahan of Sissonville and Lois Dill (Mark) of Dunbar; three nephews; and five nieces.
Family and friends may call one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. on Friday, September 25, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
