Robert Wayne
Flowers
March 4, 1964 – December 15, 2020
Robert "Bob" Wayne Flowers Sr., 56, of Saint Albans, passed away on December 15, 2020.
Robert worked as a mason in the construction industry his whole life and was one of the best in his field. He was a jack-of-all-trades and made sure he passed his legendary skills down to his children. Robert loved doing construction and could build anything. While residing at his five-acre property in Saint Albans, he built a barn, two sheds, two water wells, teepees for his children, and much more. Robert loved having his children help him around the property and wanted to make sure they were left with a little retreat of their own one day.
In his spare time, Robert also loved to make furniture out of wood and marble. He also enjoyed working on vehicles with his sons. All those who met Robert, and got to know him well, knew he was the most lovable asshole you would ever meet.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Janet Flowers; aunts, Georgie, Betty Jo, and Helen; uncles, David, Roy, and Jim; and his niece, Kaylee.
Robert is survived by his children, Telia Annan (Frank), Jessica Hager (Chad), Bobby Flowers Jr., and Colton Flowers (Whitney); grandchildren; Andrew, Josiah, Aulani, Jiana, Nick, Breanna, Dominick, Sicily, and one more grandchild on the way, John Wayne; sister, Amanda Cox; nieces and nephews Jamie, Madison, Jason, and Kiersten; uncle, Paul Flowers (Anna); and aunt, Christine Moore (Junior).
Robert will be laid to rest at his family's home place.
Arrangements are in the care of Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
