Robert Keith Morris of Dunbar, passed away on January 2, 2023.

Rob was born in Paintsville, Kentucky and although he loved West Virginia he remained very proud of his home state. Rob worked for Prestera as the medical records keeper until retiring and becoming Kroger's most beloved and best employee ever in the history of Kroger. He had a sense of humor and felt others needed one too. He was a friend to almost everyone he met, but most importantly he was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and teacher. He wanted to help everyone, unless you weren't a fan of the Kentucky Wildcats or the The Rolling Stones, both which he avidly loved.

He is preceded in death by his parents Ernie and Patricia Morris, both of Kentucky.

Rob is survived by his wife, Sherie Morris; children, Zachary Collins and Layla (Rachel) Nelson; son-in-law, Chaten Nelson; granddaughters, Chloe collins, Jasmine and Josie Spears.

A funeral service will be held at 4 p.m. on Sunday, January 8, 2023 at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar, with Rev. Greg Hudson officiating.

A viewing will be held beginning at 2:30 p.m. until the start of the service at Keller Funeral Home.
