Robert Francis Stump, 89, of Cross Lanes, passed away September 5, 2023.

He was born in Pennsboro, West Virginia.

Robert worked at Unocal 76, he was a avid sports fan, loved golf, fishing, bowling, and softball. Robert was a choir member at King's Way Christian Church Outreach.

Preceded in death by his wife, Lurana Mae Stump; parents, Leroy and Bernice Stump; stepmother Nina Mae Stump; and son-in-law Ronald Colby III.

Robert is survived by his sister, Barbara Hamrick; children, Marilyn Colby, Barry Stump (Becky), David Huffman (Sebrina); grandchildren, Andrew Colby (Emily), Annie Hedges (Andrew), Nicole Richardson (Steven), Dawn Nicholas (Jesse)Anthony Stump ( Shay); and great-grand children, Levi, Marcus, Jocelyn Nicholas, Foster and Xavier Hedges, Eric Richardson.

A funeral service will be held at 1p.m. on Monday, September 11 at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar. Burial will follow in Grandview Memorial Park, Dunbar.

Family will receive visitors one hour prior to the service at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
