Roger Dale Morris, 75, of Charleston, went to be with the Lord on December 1, 2021.

Roger was retired from the City of South Charleston.

He was preceded in death by his father, Bill Morris; mother, Minnie Morris; son, Matthew Morris; sisters, Anna Mae Wines, Helen Moss; and brother, Tommy Morris.

Roger is survived by his wife, June; daughters, Teresa Holbrook, Mary Lette, and Sarah Morris; son, Roger Morris; granddaughters, Tori King, Ashley Morris, Brianna Morris; grandson, John Holbrook; great-grandson, Maverick King; sisters, Gladys Sampson, Jean Rhodes, Frances Hamrick, Jane Alford, and Norma Fleck; and brothers, William Morris, Tenny Morris, and Leonard Morris.

A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, December 4, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar with Rev. Lee Hamrick and Rev. Donald Fleck officiating. Burial will follow in Johnson Cemetery, South Charleston.

Visitation will be held two hours prior to the service at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
