Roger Alan Songer's Obituary
Roger Alan Songer, 58, of Charleston, went to his eternal home in Heaven February 28, 2015.
He was born May 6, 1956 in Charleston to the late Fred and Anne Fields.
Roger was a Navy veteran and an upholsterer by trade. He loved to watch Marshall & WVU sports. He found the good in everyone and was soft spoken.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brothers, Tony and Sam.
Roger is survived by his two sons, Doug of St. Albans and Rick of Chattanooga, Tenn.; grandson, Jacob; siblings, Rick, Rob, Kevin, Phyllis and Donna.
He will be sadly missed.
Service will be held at noon on Wednesday, March 4 at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar with Pastor Steve Nestor officiating. Burial will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery.
Family and friends may call two hours prior to the service on Wednesday at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
