Rose Ellen Cline's Obituary
Rose Ellen Cline, 61, of Dunbar, passed away Tuesday, February 17, 2009 at Select Specialty Hospital, Charleston.
She was a member of the Nitro High School class of 1965 and was employed by the WV Department of Health and Human Resources, Bureau of Public Health.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard Hall and Olive Kathryn Ramsey, Sr. and by her brother, Richard Hall "Butch" Ramsey, Jr.
Surviving are her daughter, Jennifer Cline of Dunbar; former husband, James W. Cline of Charleston; niece, Michelle Ramsey Chopic of Las Vegas, NV; nephew Bradley Ramsey of Texas.
A gathering of family and friends will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Friday, February 20, 2009 at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
