Rosella Ann
Adams
November 27, 1941 – December 27, 2021
Rosella Ann Adams, 80, of Charleston, went to be with her Heavenly Father on December 27, 2021.
She was born on November 27, 1941 to the late Moses M. Adams and Clara M. Bell Adams.
Rosella was a very ambitious woman who loved life. She attended Garnet High School in Charleston. Rosella's family meant everything to her. Her biggest inspiration was her children and grandchildren. Rosella loved children so much that she started her own in home childcare service. She treated each child as her very own. Her hobbies were shopping, gardening and talking on the phone. Rosella was a servant to her community.
After a long and joyous life, in addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Moses Adams, Jr., Johnny Adams, Evangeline Adams Yancy, Lottie Adams, James Adams, Lois Adams, and Francis Adams.
Rosella is survived by her sister, Ruth Breckenridge; brother, Joseph Adams; her six children, Ronald L. Adams, Barbara L. Hunt, Karen E. Adams, Patricia A. Adams, Thomas Adams, and Cheryl D. Adams; and a host of grandchildren, nieces and nephews who love and miss her very much.
It broke our hearts to lose you, but you did not go alone. A part of us went with you, the day God took you home. If tears could build a stairway, and heartaches make a lane, we'd walk our way to Heaven, and bring you back again. In life we loved you dearly, in death we love you still, in our hearts you hold a place NO one could ever fill.
