Rosemond Carolyn Bowles, 90, of Dunbar, died December 28, 2017 at Hubbard Hospice House.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Londis and Minona Casto Bowles; brothers, Alvin Bowles and Bernard Bowles; sister, Marie Kessinger and an infant sister, Kathryn.

Carolyn is survived by her brother, Charles Bowles and wife, Kitty; niece, Kathryn Ely; nephews, Alvin Bowles Jr. and wife, Pat, Adam Bowles and wife, Candy, and James Bowles.

Carolyn's golden years were greatly enriched by special friend and traveling buddy, Phyllis Cooper; wonderful friend, Beatrice Weaver; and loving helper, Cookie Fowler. Their love and support will always be remembered and appreciated by Carolyn's family.

There will be a visitation from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, January 2, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.

She will be laid to rest, at a later date, in the family plot at Spring Hill Cemetery, Charleston.
