Samuel Christopher Johnson's Obituary
Samuel Christopher Johnson, 59, of Dunbar, passed away Monday, July 11, 2011, at his home.
He was a physical therapy assistant and a native of South Charleston. He was preceded in death by his parents, Carl W. and Marjorie A. Johnson and by his brother, Mike Johnson.
Surviving are his wife, Susan M. Johnson; son, Jeffrey D. Johnson; daughter, Jennifer L. Phalen; step-children, Mandy Fanok and Ronnie Robinson, Jr. and three grandchildren.
There will be no funeral service at this time.
Arrangements are in the care of Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
