Sandra Kay Province's Obituary
Sandra Kay Province, 54, of Dunbar, passed away on Monday, July 6, 2020.
She was born on August 28, 1965 in Charleston, to the late Harry Sr. and Betty Province.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Rose Wheaton.
Sandra is survived by her children, Timothy Province and Michelle Strack; granddaughters, Jazlyn and Amber; sisters, Barb, Bertie, and Nancy; and brother, Harry.
Arrangements are in the care of Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
