Sharon Sue Gaynor's Obituary
Sharon Sue Gaynor, 73, of Dunbar, went to be with the Lord on Feb. 1, 2016.
Sharon was retired from Kanawha County Schools, where she was a head cook and the cafeteria manager. She was a longtime member of Dunbar First Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents Guy and Genevieve Barnett, and sister, Caroline Landis.
Sharon is survived by her loving husband, Coy Gaynor; son, Gregory Gaynor and his wife, Tawyna; daughter, Cheryl Gaynor; brothers, "Bud" and Clayton Barnett; sister, Patricia Spradling; and her grand-dogs, Shaka, Abby, Polar, and Hurley.
The family would like to give a special thank you to the MICU staff at CAMC Memorial Division.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 4, at Moss Chapel Cemetery, Jackson County with the Rev. Doyle Smith officiating.
Family and friends will gather at the cemetery one hour prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers, donations should be made to the Kanawha-Charleston Humane Association, 1248 Greenbrier St., Charleston, WV 25311
