Mrs. Shirley A. Sigmon passed peacefully on December 23, 2010, at Hubbard
Hospice House following a long illness.

Shirley was a graduate of Stonewall Jackson High School. She had been an
employee of Staats Hospital. She spent her life loving and caring for her
family and friends. She always put everyone else first never thinking of
herself. For this, we are very grateful. Mom we thank you for everything.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband Joseph L. Sigmon; and her
parents Hubert and Virginia Davis.

Mrs. Sigmon is survived by her daughter, Peggy Sigmon of Dunbar; grandchildren, TJ Sigmon, Blair Sigmon, Casey Sigmon; son and daughter-in-law, Joe and Mary
Sigmon of Charleston; brothers, Malcolm
Davis and Forrest "Stumpy" Davis both of Charleston.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Monday, December 27, at Keller
Funeral Home, Dunbar, with the Rev. Mark Jarrell officiating. Entombment
will follow in Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens, Cross Lanes.

Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m., Sunday, December 26, at Keller Funeral
Home, Dunbar.
