Spencer Brooks Flood, 23, of St. Albans, went home to be with his beloved mother on June 24, 2016 in St. Albans.

He was born November 9, 1992, to Pete and Donna Sue Flood, in Charleston.

In addition to his most loving mother; Donne Sue Payne Nutter Flood, he was preceded in death by great-grandparents, William "Beve" and Rozella Justice Payne, Albert and Mary Brown Money, Gerald and Viola Flood; and aunt, Patricia A. Payne.

Spencer is survived by his father; Pete Flood of St. Albans; material grandparents, John William "Bill" and Jo Carolyn Money Payne of St. Albans; sisters, Meloni Flood of Deep Water, Samantha Williams (Mike) of Poca; brothers, Casey Flood (Amber) of Fairmont, Keith Nutter (Brittany); niece Nevaeh of Pinch; uncle, William "Bub" Payne (Heather); and his beloved cousins, Destini and Will of Pinch.

He was closely bonded with his great-uncles, Harley Money of North Carolina, Ron Payne (Darrelllena) of St. Albans; and great-aunt Shirley Payne Cole. Spencer also leaves behind a vast host of great-aunts and uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins that deeply mourn the loss of a wonderful life.

Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 2 at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar, with the Rev. Charles Shelton officiating. Burial will follow at King's Cemetery, Amma.
