Stephen Fuller Austin, 62, of Dunbar, passed away unexpectedly on July 29, 2018.

Steve was an avid outdoorsman and devoted member of Dunbar United Methodist Church. He enjoyed westerns, bluegrass music and conversations with his grandchildren; who affectionately called him "PopPop". He will be dearly missed by his brother, children, grandchildren, nephews, cousins, church family, friends and neighbors.

He is survived by his brother, Mark Austin and his wife Susan; sons, Stephen Austin and his wife Jennifer and Jared Austin and his wife Ashlee; daughters, Elizabeth Austin and Emily Austin; grandchildren, Christian, Jhayden, Lilliana, Cayla, Sophia, and Maisyn; nephews, Michael and Eddie.

Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 2 at Dunbar United Methodist Church with Reverend Teresa Markins officiating. Burial will follow in Grandview Memorial Park, Dunbar.

Visitation will be two hours prior to the service at the church.

Arrangements are in the care of Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
