Steven George Collias, 71, of St. Albans, WV passed away on January 31, 2025, at WVU Thomas Memorial Hospital.

He was born on February 5, 1953 and raised in Charleston, WV to the late Steve Manual Collias and Ethel Psathas Collias.

Steven also graduated from Charleston High School in 1971 and worked at "The Coffee Shop" in Charleston across from CAMC General, which his dad Steve Manual Collias owned and operated.  He was proud to have served in the US Navy Seabees stationed in Virginia Beach, VA.  Steve was an electrician at the Institute Plant until he retired.  He was an amateur Ham Radio Operator, and the biggest WVU Mountaineer fan around.

He is survived by his son, Travis Steven Collias; daughter, Keri Kristina Collias-Cress of Hurricane, WV; grandsons, Matthew Curry, Travis's son, who is currently serving in the US Army 82nd Airborne;  Keri's sons, Dillan Collias, Ian Collias, and Thorin Mynes; ex-wife, Gerri Collias to whom he was married for 25 years; and Kathy Carden, his girlfriend with whom he resided in St. Albans until his passing.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on  Friday, March 7, 2025 at Donal C. Kinnard Memorial Veterans Cemetery.
