Steven Wayne Day, 54, of Cross Lanes, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, January 11, 2021.

He was born on August 16, 1966 in Charleston, to the late Roy Wagner and Lucy Perdue.

Steven has touched so many lives. He was a wonderful husband, dad and grandpa and was a caring and loving man. Steven will be dearly missed by everyone who knew him. He had a heart of gold and would give you the shirt off his back. He was loved by so many. Rest in peace Steven.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister, Tammy Harrison.

Steven is survived by his loving wife of 34 years, Sandra K Day; daughter, Brandi Day of Cross Lanes; grandchildren, Bryson Hartwell and Austin Hartwell both of Cross Lanes; sisters, Debbie Crouch and husband Timmy of Cross Lanes, Terry Davis and husband Bobby of Ripley, Lois Russell and husband Eddie of Ohio, and Cindy Braley and husband Charles of Cross Lanes; brothers, John Day and wife Sandra of Cross Lanes, Greg Day of Cross Lanes, and Gary Wagner and fiancee Stacy of Cross Lanes; along with many nieces and nephews.

There are no services planned at this time.
