Tammy Raelynn Payne-Williams, 36, of St. Albans, passed away on Thursday, January 24, 2019.

She was born on August 20, 1982, in Charleston, to Gary and Jane Payne.

Tammy was an amazing mother, daughter, aunt, and friend. She would do anything for her family and made sure everyone was always happy. She brought joy to any person's life she came across. Tammy was a rare person, but in the best ways with her bubbly personality and her beautiful soul. She will always be remembered as a beautiful, funny, caring, and strong-willed person.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Tonya June Payne-Atkinson.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, Ernest Williams Sr., of St. Albans; children, Mariah Payne of St. Albans, Tamara Williams of St. Albans, Ernest Williams Jr., of St. Albans, and Nevaeh Williams of St. Albans; sisters, Tracy Payne of Nitro, Amy Payne of St. Albans, and Ronda Payne (Keith) of Ohio; sister-in-law, Misty Williams of Dunbar; brother-in-law, Dennis Williams of Nitro; father-in-law, Gary Jones of Nitro; mother-in-law, Doris Jones of Nitro; and many nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. on Sunday, February 3, at the Upton Creek Community Church, Avesta Drive, St. Albans, with Pastor Charles Shelton officiating.

Friends may visit one hour prior to the service at the church.
