Thelma Burdette Pauley, 91, of South Charleston, went to be with the Lord on November 30, 2016.

Thelma was a homemaker and enjoyed baking. She was involved in her church, Mountain Heights Church, where her husband pastored for 44 years.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Benny Pauley; parents, Sylvester Burdette and Lena Harless Burdette; brothers, Ventrue, Orville, Kermit, Leo, and Forest; and sisters, Myrtle, Lucille, and Marie.

Thelma is survived by her children, Glenn Pauley (Shelia), Sharon Pauley Jewell (Bill), and Ben Pauley (Vicky); two sisters, Macel and Francis "Babe"; six grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, December 3 at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar with Rev. Ray Parsons officiating. Burial will follow at Graceland Memorial Park.

Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday, December 2 at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
