Thomas "Tommie" Edward Baxter, Jr., 50 of Dunbar, WV fought his last earthly battle on November 13, 2022 at home with his family.

Tommie was born October 20, 1972 in Philadelphia, PA to Thomas Sr. and Jaqueline Baxter; who also precede him in death. Tommie loved his wife and children very much. He was a very dedicated kitchen manager at Mountain Pie Company.

Tommie is survived by his wife, Judy Baxter; son, Malachi; daughter, Fiona; sister Michele (John) Mack and nephew Josh (Cynthia).

A worship service celebrating Tommie's life will be held at 10 a.m on Saturday, December 10th, 2022 at Harvest Chapel in Nitro. A gathering will be held after the service at Mountain Pie Company.
