Tina Louise Harper, 59, of Cross Lanes, passed away on Thursday, September 10, 2020.

She was born on April 29, 1961, in Charleston, to the late Robert Garcia and Gloria Dodd.

Tina was a devoted and loving mother and grandmother.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Tara Kendall.

Tina is survived by, daughter, Stephanie Harper (Donnie Fenneken) of Sissonville; son, Shawn Harper of Cross Lanes; grandchildren, Logan Harper (whom she raised as a son), Braxdon, Brielle, and Brylee Fenneken; sister, Gina Pauley (Hack) of Sod; niece, Elizabeth Cantley of Nitro; and nephew, Christopher Kendall of Dunbar.

A visitation will be held from 12 to 1:30 p.m., Thursday, September 17, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar. A procession will leave the funeral home for a graveside service at 2 p.m. in Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens, Cross Lanes.
