Tina Lynn Cavender Hill, 60, of Ripley, passed away on Thursday, February 16, 2017, after a short illness.

She was born in South Charleston on November 17, 1956 to the late Harvey and Nell Cavender.

She was an avid lover of animals and worked for ten years as a vet tech at Animal Care Associates in Charleston. She loved to go horseback riding and loved her nieces and nephews dearly.

In addition to her parents, Tina was preceded in death by her sister, Angie Shirey.

She is survived by her sisters, Carol Walker and husband Jim of Ripley, Tammy Haynes and husband Tom of Kenna; nieces, Triniti Clark, Brandi Gadaletta, Amy Mullins, Lillie Haynes; nephew, Nathan Haynes; great-nieces and nephews, Avery Kay, Casey Clark, Owen Haynes, Leo Clark, Scarlett Clark, LJ Gadaletta, and Aaron Mullins.

A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. on Monday, February 20 at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.

Friends may visit one hour prior to the service at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to your local Humane Society.
