Tina Diania Jones, 58, of Dunbar, WV, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loved ones on Thursday, January 29, 2026, after a sudden illness.

Tina grew up in Dunbar and graduated from Dunbar High School.  She was employed by various businesses, most recently T&M Meats.  Tina was known for her love of helping care for children, including her last "baby-love", Jax Williams, who considered her his favorite person.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Paulette.

Tina is survived by her father, Jerry Jones; her siblings, Bub (Marti) and Melissa Jones of Dunbar; her sister, Beverly Jones-Burford of Saint Albans; her niece, Olivia Jones; her nephews, C.J. (Anna), Corey Hancock, Jessica Jones, and Larry Jones.  Regina Goode, Terri Whitman, honorary brothers, Nick and Brandon Casto; her close friends, Lisa Dean and Kristi Williams; along with her beloved, Jax Williams.

The family would like to thank the doctors and nursing staff at the Neuro ICU Department of CAMC General for their kindness, understanding and compassion while caring for Tina during her last moments with us here on earth.  Also, a very special thank you to Glen Martin and his staff on their mission to find transplant recipients.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 4 p.m. on Saturday, February 28, 2026, at the Dunbar Recreation Center, 2601 Fairlawn Ave, Dunbar.
