Toby Lee Bailey, 55, of Pinch, passed away on December 20, 2024 at Hubbard Hospice House in Charleston, WV.  He was a beloved son, father, brother and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew him.  Toby was a graduate of Herbert Hoover high school.

Toby loved dogs, cars, and enjoyed collecting bicycles and working on them.

Toby is survived by his daughter, MaKayla Bailey of Pinch, who he loved very much.

In addition to his daughter.  Toby is survived his birth mother, Judith Peck of South Charleston, sister, Ponda Kryzak and her husband Kenny of Charleston, sister Christy McQuerrey and her husband  Chris of Dunbar, sister April Hall and her husband Dan of South Charleston, brother Eddie Peck and his wife Misty of Sissonville, as well as several nieces and nephews.

Toby was preceded in death by his father, Harold B. Bailey and his mother Dora M. Bailey, and also his sister Carol Denise Peck.

Toby will be dearly missed and forever cherished in the hearts of all who knew him.

Arrangements are in the hands of Keller Funeral Home, 1236 Myers Ave. Dunbar, WV.

The family will have a grave side service conducted by Pastor Jimmy Casdorph at 2:00 pm, on Thursday, January 2, 2025, at Heavner Cemetery located in Buckhannon, WV.
