Christopher "Todd" Rigney, 55, of Dunbar, passed away from natural causes on April 12, 2022.

He was born to the late Charlie (C.B.) and Tink Rigney on June 10, 1966 in South Charleston, WV.

Todd graduated from Dunbar High School and took pride in being a Dunbar resident for the duration of his life.

In addition to his loving parents, he is preceded in death by his grandparents, James and Opal Pauley, and Charles and Mildred Rigney.

Todd is survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends who meant the world to him.
