It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Torri Jeanelle Williams on January 3, 2021, after a lengthy illness.

Born on October 5, 1978 to Rhoda "Dina" Davis and Michael Shillings in Charleston.

Torri Jeanelle loved spending time with family and friends. A loving mother, daughter, sister, niece, aunt, cousin and friend, Torri is survived by her beautiful children; Haylee Jenail Collins, Lyric Davae Phillips and Vaniel Shai Pratt; mother, Rhoda Davis; father, Michael Shillings; brothers, Arthur Steadman Davis, Michael Thomas, Jr. and Phillip Shillings; sisters, Elizabeth Thomas and Courtney Bess; nephews, Elijah, Adrian and Cameron; and best friends, Brandy Cohen, Amber Cain, Jessica Courtney, Wamara Neal, Linde Stambo, Dana Griffith, Angela Davis and Maranda Hunter.

Torri had a great love for everyone's children, music and her three dogs (Yea Yea, Archie and Jax). Family and friends were her passion and delight. Torri was born a caregiver. She put everyone's needs and wants before her own. She was known for her sweet giving spirit. Torri would give you the shirt off her back. She loved to joke around and keep you laughing. She also loved hanging out with the ladies of My Sisters' Keeper. Torri Jeanelle will be greatly missed.

Due to the COVID19 pandemic, the family will hold a walk-through visitation from 11-11:55 a.m. on Tuesday, January 12, at Cunningham Memorial Park, St. Albans. There will be a small private memorial service for the immediate family and a few close friends, to celebrate Torri's life. All in attendance must wear a mask and practice social distancing.

Funeral Services will be live streamed on Steadman Davis' Facebook page and Brandy Cohen's Facebook page.
