Velva M. Price's Obituary
Velva M. Price, 83, of Charleston joined her Lord and Savior on September 11, 2013.
Velva was devoted to her family. She was a very loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother; who loved animals.
She was preceded in death by her husband whom she dearly loved, James Dayton Price; parents, Emmitt and Beulah Bowen; and grandson, Damian Price.
Velva is survived by her sons, Bruce Price, Dayton Price and wife Velma, and James Price and wife Sharon; daughter, Judy Eads and husband Arthur Angus; twelve grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; brothers, Fred Bowen and Bud Bowen; and sister, Barbara of CA.
A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, September 14 at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar with Pastor B.J Roberts officiating. Burial will follow at Tyler Mountain Memorial Gardens, Cross Lanes.
Friends and family may call two hours prior to service at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to Blessing and staff of Dream Home Assisted Living for their loving care.
Arrangements are in the care of Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
