Vivian L. Robinson's Obituary
Vivian L. Mellert Robinson, age 87, of Dunbar, died Thursday, May 17, 2007 at Sunbridge Care and Rehabilitation Center.
She was a member of Humphreys Memorial United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, George "Jack," son, Jerry A. Cook, sister, Kathryn Wilkes, brothers, Robert Mellert and Kenneth Mellert.
Mrs. Robinson is survived by her son, Kent Robinson and his wife, Janice; grandson, Jerry Cook, daughter-in-law, Janice Cook; brothers, Hub, Teet, Gene, Bill and Don Mellert; sisters-in-law, Kathryn Lorch, Jean Robinson and Juanita Robinson.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Monday, May 21, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar, with Rev. Dr. Okey B. Harless officiating. Burial will follow in Grandview Memorial Park.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m., Sunday, May 20, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations are made to the Kanawha Charleston Humane Association Animal Shelter, 1248 Greenbrier Street, Charleston, WV 25311.
The family would like to extend special thanks to the employees of Sunbridge Care and Rehabilitation Center and Dr. Bowman for their wonderful care.
