Wanda Hudson's Obituary
Wanda Hudson, 79, of Dunbar, passed away, Sunday, January 4, 2009 at Thomas Memorial Hospital, South Charleston.
She was born in 1929 at Grantsville. She was the daughter of the late Lee and Nellie Cain. She was preceded in death by brothers Otmer, Woodrow, Owens and Roger Cain. She was a Christian and a life long member of the Roxalana Gospel Tabernacle.
Surviving is one brother, Dennis Cain of Grantsville. Also surviving is her husband, Harry R. Hudson; her daughter, Judy at home; her son, Charles Robert Hudson of Dunbar, four grandchildren, Ryan, Brittany, Aron and Julia Hudson. She will be sadly missed by nieces and nephews and friends and also her best friend, her dog, Buddy.
Wanda operated Wanda's Ceramic Shop for several years and later operated the Dunbar Institute Food Pantry.
Services will be held at 1 p.m., Wednesday, January 7, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar, with the Rev. Billy Jackson and the Rev. Tom Price officiating. Burial will follow in Grandview Memorial Park.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, January 6, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
