Wilda Von Meadows' Obituary
Wilda Von McCormick Meadows, 74, "asleep with the Lord her Savior," passed away to eternity, Tuesday, July 18, 2006 at home with her family and friends.
She was one of ten children, born Feb. 9, 1932 to the late John and Beatrice McCormick in Sumerco, Lincoln County, WV. She was a lifelong homemaker.
She is survived by her husband of 44 years, Cecil Meadows; sons, Rodney McCormick and his wife, Teresa of Scott Depot and Cecil Meadows, II and his daughter, Corri of Scott Depot; sisters, Mae Clarkson and her husband, Bob of Cross Lanes and Rose Solomon of St. Albans. She is also survived by too many nieces and nephews to name but who Wilda loved dearly.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, July 22, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar, with the Rev. Robert VanFossen and the Rev. Ezra Graley officiating. Burial will follow in Cunningham Memorial Park.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m., Friday, July 21, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
