William McKinley Fisher, 87, of Dunbar, died Sunday, May 27, 2012, of a short illness.

He was preceded in death by his brothers, Jack Bradley, Robert Bradley, Joe Russell Harrison, Dempsey Harrison and sister, Fern Harrison.

Surviving are his wife, Anna and daughter, Donna Wilcox of Nitro. He will be greatly missed by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Bill was a Christian and attended Northside Church of the Nazarene. He retired from Local Laborers Union #1353 and worked on many jobs in this area.

Special thanks to his caring doctors, Dr. Jason Castle, Dr. Steven Zekan and Dr. Boyce. Also, our thanks to the nurses on the 2nd and 4th floors at St. Francis Hospital. We would also like to thank everyone at Hubbard Hospice House West for their care.

A viewing will be held from 6 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, May 29, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.

The funeral service will be held at 1 p.m., Wednesday, May 30, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar, with the Rev. John Hayes of Northside Church of the Nazarene officiating. Burial will follow in Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens.
