William G. Pleasants' Obituary
William G. Pleasants, Jr., 83, of Dunbar, passed away Thursday, September 10, 2009, at Thomas Memorial Hospital.
He was a US Army veteran having served during WW II and was employed as a mine engineer. He was preceded in death by his wife, Phyllis Pleasants and parents, William G. Sr. and Gladys Pleasants.
Surviving are cousins, James Huddleston and William Williams of Charleston, Betty Carrow of North Carolina and Larry Williams of Washington.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m., Monday, September 14, at Spring Hill Cemetery, Charleston, with Pastor Millard Mitchell officiating. There will be no visitation.
Arrangements are in the care of Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
