William E. Smith's Obituary
William E. "Billy, Jr." Smith, 59, of Dunbar, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 19, at Riverside Nursing Home after an extended illness.
He was a former chemical operator for FMC and served his country in the US Army during the Vietnam Conflict.
Surviving are his daughter, Shawn Leigh Poard of California, his aunt, Carmen Nichols of Jodie, WV and three grandchildren. He is also survived by a host of cousins and friends.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m., Friday, Dec. 22, at the Anderson Cemetery in Dunbar with the Rev. Mark Hess officiating.
Friends may call from 12 noon until 1:30 p.m., Friday, Dec. 22, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar, when the procession will depart for the cemetery.
Arrangements are in the care of Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
