Today we acknowledge the life and legacy of William "Chill Will" Davis, 57 years young of Dunbar, West Virginia. William was granted his ticket to paradise on July 25, 2024, in Dunbar, West Virginia.

William was born July 10, 1967, to Leroy and Lois Mosley, in Charleston West Virginia.

William attended Dunbar High School. He was a waiter for many years before he became a self-made businessman and the owner of the Best Damn Little Stand Anywhere. William enjoyed watching Westerns and action movies, playing chess, swimming, eating good food, spending time with friends and family and being a dad and PawPaw. He found God in every environment, but his church home was Ferguson Baptist Church in Dunbar, West Virginia. Chill Will was a loyal die-hard Dallas Cowboys fan until the very end and lived by the star.

William was preceded in death by his mother, Lois Mosley; his grandmother, Thelma Mosley; granddaughter, Sadiria Terry; aunts, Henretta Davis, Gloria James, and Pauline Davis; his uncles, Charles Davis and Ronald Davis; and his loyal companion, CoCo.

William is survived by his daughters, Terica Davis and Tamara Davis-James; his granddaughter, Justus Brodie; brothers, Vonard Davis Sr, Sidney Davis, and Arthur Davis; his sisters, Thelma Davis-Battle and Joanna Singletary; his uncle, Leonard Davis; and his aunt Margret Davis; along with a host of stepchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, uncles, aunties, and friends.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 3, 2024 at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.

Family will welcome visitors two hours prior to the service at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
