Wilma Lee Pauley, 77, of South Charleston, passed away on Wednesday, April 27, 2022.

She was born on October 18, 1944 to the late Kelly Ray Knuckles and Mary Elizabeth Spangler Knuckles.

Everyone knew her as "Tootsie", a nickname given to her by her grandpa. Wilma's love for her family was immeasurable. They have been blessed by her support, encouragement and unconditional love. She will be remembered for her kind heart, joy for reading, sweet tea and delicious fudge.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Leewood Pauley; and her sister, Peggy Lockhart.

Wilma is survived by her children, Clarissa Gail Stroup (Darrin), Victoria Lynn Walker (Richard) and Vincent Lee Pauley (April); grandchildren, Bryan Pauley, Tyler Stroup, Abigail Stroup, Andrew Pauley (Chrissy) and Destiny Pauley; sisters, Patsy Colley and Ellen Price (James); and a host of nephews and one niece.

The family would like to thank the staff at Hubbard Hospice House for the wonderful care they provided.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 30, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar with Pastor Mark Thaxton officiating. Burial will follow in Fox Hill Cemetery, Spring Hill.

Friends may visit one hour prior to the service at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
