Charles Rudy Parsons, 93, of Dunbar, formerly of Kanawha Two Mile, passed away on Friday, September 8, 2023.

He was born on December 10, 1929 in Charleston, to the late Elmer Lawrence Parsons and Odessa Mae Redman Parsons.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife of 41 years, Vada Casdorph; and 12 brothers and sisters.

Rudy is survived by his wife of 28 years, Connie E. Parsons; and his sister, Linda Parsons Padgett of Morgantown.

A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, September 12, in Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens, Cross Lanes with Rev. Greg Hudson officiating.
